Job summary

Outlier is offering a remote, flexible role that pays up to $15 per hour to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule from home or while traveling.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, evidence-based explanations. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something looks off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
