Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will live-converse with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

You’ll assess outputs for naturalness, adherence, and realism, and provide concise English explanations. Roles are fully remote with flexible hours and weekly payments, with access to leading LLMs as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like AI artifacts or misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English that point to observed issues.
