Job summary

Outlier is inviting detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI‑generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work is fully remote with flexible hours, and payments are issued weekly. Earn up to $18 USD per hour, with free access to leading LLMs and the opportunity to contribute to frontier AI research from home.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Rank AI-generated image/video pairs and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions or mismatches.
• Write a clear, evidence-based explanation of what you saw or heard.
