Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18/hr with flexible hours and free access to leading LLMs, supporting frontier AI research. Contributors rate outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, then provide concise written explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hold live scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge how well they follow prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide specific English explanations of observations.
