Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare visuals and audio against prompts, and explain discrepancies in writing, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and able to clearly articulate observations. Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or higher. Payment is per hour with weekly payouts and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in on details.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank outputs by naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for artifacts, distortions, and misalignments, then document findings in English.
