Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, evaluate image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication and a keen eye for detail. Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus. You can work flexibly from anywhere and use leading LLMs free of charge.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment, then writing explanations in English.
• Recording precise, evidence-based explanations of what looked or sounded off.
