Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score each exchange, then compare generated images and videos to judge which follows prompts more accurately, and explain any issues in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your work helps shape AI that reasons and learns more accurately in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment.
• Write specific English explanations highlighting what you saw or heard.
