Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will join live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps AI systems reason and improve. You will review outputs across modalities and provide precise explanations, contributing to frontier research in a flexible, remote role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to articulate explanations in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
