Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, rank naturalness, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off. Images, videos, and audio will be evaluated to determine adherence to prompts and quality.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, exhibit strong attention to detail, and can write concise explanations. Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation.
