Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live chats with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what was off in writing.

You’ll compare image and video outputs, judge prompt adherence, and provide precise feedback to help improve AI systems. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, possess strong attention to detail, and can articulate evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in natural language.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for artifacts, mismatches, and errors and explain findings in writing.
