Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what looks off, all from home.

Global applicants can apply from multiple countries, with weekly payments in USD via ACH, PayPal, or other methods. Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, then writing concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
