Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated media, and explain what’s off in writing. This is remote with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Use top AI tools and contribute to a real-world research feedback loop. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-focused, and able to provide concise explanations. Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a clear, English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
