Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setting. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off in writing.

This is remote, with flexible hours and weekly payments across supported platforms. Qualified candidates will have strong English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to clearly articulate observations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
