Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Your work helps improve AI systems by providing precise assessments and actionable feedback. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to work on flexible hours from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on media.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to the prompt and judge adherence.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise English explanation of issues found for each exchange.
