Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media through live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off. This remote role offers flexible hours and a schedule you choose.

You will rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, then provide English explanations of findings. Applicants should be fluent in English and able to write clearly and concisely.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a detailed, English explanation pointing to observed issues.
