Job summary

Outlier is looking for detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

You’ll rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and write concise, evidence-based explanations in English. The role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely and describing what looked or sounded off in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English.
