Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-focused English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what looks off in writing. This freelance role participates in Outlier's evaluation loop to help improve AI systems.

Earn up to $15 USD per hour with potential incentives through Missions. Applicants from multiple countries can apply, with work fully remote and payments weekly

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable with describing what is off in AI-generated media.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Writing clear explanations in English detailing observed issues and reasoning.
