Job summary

Outlier is looking for detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, rate responses, and compare image/video outputs to prompts. You will describe what went wrong in writing and help improve AI reasoning on your own schedule.

The role offers flexible hours, remote work, and access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple regions are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Nice to have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to explain decisions clearly in text.
• Comfortable evaluating AI outputs and making calls.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for artifacts, motion and audio cues.
• Writing concise explanations of findings.
