Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational speech.
Excellent attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows prompts better.
Inspect outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems.
Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism with written explanations.
