Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and scoring outputs for accuracy and naturalness. You will compare image/video pairs, explain discrepancies in writing, and work on a flexible schedule from anywhere.

This 1099 contract role offers paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM and free access to leading LLMs. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, with strong writing skills and the ability to decide

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of outputs and explaining why they look or sound off in writing.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts and quality across tasks.
