Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted visuals, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English that points to observed issues.
