Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what is off in writing, remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Role offers hourly pay up to $18, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM and free access to leading LLMs. Contributors work from anywhere, with opportunities across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or abnormal motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
