Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs by how well they follow prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with fully remote hours and weekly payments. Rates vary by expertise and project; typical earnings include up to $15 USD per hour with opportunities for incentives and surges through Outlier's

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a reasoned English explanation.
• Ready to work remotely on flexible schedules and provide written feedback.
