Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and hold live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, explain what’s off, and rate outputs based on adherence and realism, all from home with a flexible schedule.

Contributors are paid on a 1099/Freelance basis, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Rates vary by expertise and project; international applicants welcome. Remote, flexible hours.

Competenze

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Mansioni

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
