Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what was off in clear writing, all on your own schedule and remotely.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to details, and able to craft concise, evidence-based explanations. This role offers flexible hours, remote work, and access to leading LLMs for evaluation purposes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural and useful each response sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging alignment with the prompt.
• Inspect outputs to spot distortions, flicker, or mismatches in text and audio.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues and supporting evidence.
