Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media outputs to prompts, and explain what went wrong in clear English.

This role helps improve how frontier AI systems reason and respond. Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with strong attention to detail, enjoy careful analysis, and can articulate concise written explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions even when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for artifacts or misalignments and note issues in writing.
• Provide written explanations that pinpoint what looked or sounded off and why.
