Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Ideal candidates bring fluent English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to assess text, images, and video against prompts. This is a 1099, remote role open to the US and other eligible regions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to review closely.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain choices clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfort in making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts or mismatches.
• Writing a specific English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
