Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will rate live AI interactions, compare media pairs, and explain what was off in writing, remotely across multiple countries.

This role pays up to $18 per hour and offers weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM, plus free access to leading LLMs. Join a distributed team shaping AI evaluation feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot issues.
• Ability to explain findings clearly in writing.
• Comfortable deciding between imperfect options.
• Experience describing evaluation results succinctly.
• Willingness to work remotely on flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom in, and spot issues like distortion or mismatched audio.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and write a precise English explanation of findings.
• Perform image/video evaluations and label captions; assist with audio evaluations as needed.
