Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule. The role helps shape how AI systems reason and improve through detailed evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to what was observed or heard.
