Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, all on your own schedule.

Compensation is up to $18 USD per hour, with weekly payments and the ability to work from home or while traveling. Outlier provides access to leading LLMs and a framework to help improve AI systems in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze AI outputs.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, flicker, or misalignment.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English.
