Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looks off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated content, rating adherence and realism, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations. Earn up to $18/hr with flexible hours and additional incentives while accessing leading LLMs.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Capable of making clear decisions when two options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flickering, or misalignment and describe issues in writing.
Rate outputs across dimensions and provide written explanations in English.
