Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Rate up to $18 per hour with flexible hours and remote work. Earn free access to leading LLMs and participate in a broad, global evaluation program that shapes AI behavior.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos against prompts and judging adherence to instructions.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, motion issues, or misaligned audio.
• Writing explanations in English that point to observed issues.
