Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all from home with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, conversational English.
• Experience writing briefs or reviews based on observations.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English detailing what was observed.
