Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare paired media, and explain what’s off, all on your schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, identifying issues such as misaligned audio, visuals, or prompts, and providing concise, evidence-based written explanations. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful analysis.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Write detailed explanations in English describing what was observed.
