Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

You’ll rate and compare outputs, write concise explanations in English, and help improve AI reasoning in real-world tasks. Earn up to $18/hr with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
