Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, able to replay or zoom in to verify.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, conversational English.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom/replay to spot problems like distortions or mismatches.
• Write a written explanation in English describing what you saw or heard.
