Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, fluent English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will rate live AI voice conversations, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain errors in writing.

This role lets you work remotely from anywhere with no minimum hours, contributing to a frontier AI evaluation process. Compensation includes up to 18 USD per hour, plus access to leading LLMs and potential incentives via Outlier missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and natural conversational speech.
• High detail orientation and patience to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not required for all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated image/video pairs and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like anatomy distortion, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Write English explanations describing what was seen or heard and why a choice was made.
