Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score each exchange, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems.
• Write a specific explanation in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
