Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely. You will roleplay conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing. Tasks include comparing image/video pairs and judging which better follows prompts.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and able to think clearly under scrutiny. Bachelor’s degree holders are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to explain observations clearly in writing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, artifacts, or misalignment.
• Write specific English explanations describing what was seen or heard.
