Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. Role involves live conversations with AI voice models, scoring outputs, and writing explanations in English about any issues found.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including the United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in/replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Writing a specific English explanation detailing what you saw or heard.
