Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly payments. Earn up to $18/hour plus incentives, and gain free access to leading LLMs as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and ability to describe observations.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot problems like distortion or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations pointing to what you saw or heard and justify your scoring.
