Gradial is seeking a Product Builder to shape the next generation of AI agents for performance marketing. You’ll own the full product lifecycle, validate concepts with customers, and iterate rapidly with engineering, design, and GTM teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and launching software products.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems and agent architectures.
• Experience taking products from concept to launch.
• Ability to prototype ideas independently using AI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered agents for marketing programs.
• Lead product development from problem definition through launch.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to validate workflows.
• Prototype new experiences using AI tools to accelerate learning.
• Make scope and prioritization decisions to maximize value.
• Partner with engineering and AI teams to scale products.
• Define and measure product success through adoption and outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams to bring capabilities to market.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities for differentiation.
