Job summary

Starchild is building the interface for working with AI agents and seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist to own content and social media presence in China. You’ll drive content strategy, KOL engagement, and platform operations to translate AI product capabilities into compelling narratives for Chinese audiences.

You will collaborate with the founder and product team, manage external creators, and coordinate with BD to align marketing with business goals, all while adapting messaging to dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or related fields.
• 3+ years of marketing/content operations/social media experience in China.
• Native or fluent Chinese with cultural nuance.
• Deep understanding of major Chinese social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies across tutorials, short videos, articles, livestreams tailored to Chinese platforms.
• Create tutorial-style content that helps users understand and adopt Starchild’s AI products; produce clear walkthroughs and guides.
• Identify, engage, and manage KOLs/influencers in AI/tech; build long-term creator partnerships.
• Plan and run creative social media campaigns to grow brand awareness and user acquisition in China.
• Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to optimize content performance.
• Track content metrics and iterate on strategy based on data.
