Mercor is seeking a Marketing Manager to run social, content, and campaigns across Mercor's marketing team. This fast-growing AI company relies on a small team to execute launches, research, podcasts, events, and brand initiatives; you will own programs end to end from brief to launch to results.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of marketing experience in startups or high-growth environments.
• You are an active X user with awareness of AI researchers, VCs, and tech communities.
• You have managed social for a brand or grown personal accounts.
• You are an excellent writer who can tailor for technical and business audiences.
• You have hands-on experience across content, email, social, events, and web.

Responsibilities

• Campaign execution: plan and run integrated campaigns across email, social, web, and events, from brief to launch and reporting.
• Social: manage Mercor's presence on X and LinkedIn and translate launches into feed moments.
• Podcast: drive distribution for the podcast, including launch plans and social clips.
• Content: write blog posts, emails, landing pages, and launch assets meeting high-quality standards.
• Channels and web: manage owned channels and marketing site updates, write landing pages and run experiments.
