Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand, visual, or graphic design.
• Experience designing across web, social, campaigns, decks, and marketing surfaces.
• Able to operate autonomously and deliver high-quality creative work.

Responsibilities

• Own evolution of Mercor's brand identity across touchpoints.
• Translate AI, talent, and work into clear visual systems.
• Create polished brand assets: landing pages, decks, social graphics, ads.
• Develop scalable brand system, templates, guidelines.
