Job summary

Onebrief is hiring an AI Marketing Specialist to accelerate a growing marketing team by applying AI, automation, and smart systems. You will work directly with the head of marketing from day one and ship real projects from week one, building workflows, connecting tools, and laying foundations for performance measurement across campaigns and events.

This high-learning role offers exposure to AI design and rapid prototyping in a distributed, global environment, with opportunities to influence GTM

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, operations, or related field.
A portfolio or project walkthrough showing AI automation work and results.
Experience using AI design/prototyping tools such as Claude Design to produce drafts, mockups, and decks.
Comfort with APIs, no-code automation, or scripting to connect systems and automate work.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Self-direction: you spot problems, take ownership, and follow through.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI-powered workflows that save time and raise the quality of our work.
Connect systems our teams rely on using APIs, no-code automation, or scripting.
Build the early technical foundations to measure marketing performance with analytics.
Identify bottlenecks and prototype, and ship solutions.
Support website redesign planning with design, product, and marketing partners.
Document what you build so the team can adopt and extend it.
Stay current on the AI landscape and evaluate new tools for adoption.
