Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in market intelligence, research, product marketing, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and technology industry trends.
• Strong presentation, writing, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events (15%).
• Experience conducting primary and secondary research and producing executive-level analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze AI, ML, agentic AI, data platforms, and adjacent tech markets.
• Develop market intelligence reports and executive briefings.
• Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities for SHI and its customers.
• Produce strategic recommendations linking technologies, partner ecosystems, and SHI capabilities.
• Create executive-ready presentations communicating trends and their business impact.
