Job summary

TTI Techtronic Industries, a world-leading power tools company, seeks an IT AI Manager for Supply Chain to drive AI initiatives across demand planning, supply planning and fulfillment. You will define requirements, maintain an AI roadmap, and deliver AI-enabled solutions such as agents, chatbots, forecasting tools, and automation to improve forecasting, inventory and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, data analytics, business analytics, business, or related discipline is required.
• Experience supporting supply chain planning, forecasting, replenishment, order/inventory mgmt, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience building AI tools/solutions affecting demand planning, supply planning, and fulfillment.
• Experience or interest in AI, analytics, reporting, automation, digital transformation, or predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with SQL; ability to write/learn queries for AI reporting and data prep.
• Familiarity with AI dashboards, data models, measures, or BI concepts.
• Familiarity with AI agents, chatbots, generative AI, optimization; willingness to learn.
• Experience with Snowflake, Python, semantic models, APIs, or workflow automation preferred.
• Ability to partner with Supply Chain stakeholders and translate problems into tech solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and execute AI opportunities with Supply Chain leaders.
• Develop and manage the supply chain AI roadmap, intake, prioritization, milestones, value.
• Prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions: agents, chatbots, forecasting tools, analytics.
• Translate business problems into technical requirements with clear success criteria.
• Use SQL and data tools to access, transform, validate, and prep data for AI.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, governance for scalable, secure AI solutions.
• Track adoption, value realization, and suggest enhancements.
• Create training materials and user guides for AI-enabled tools.
• Move AI initiatives from idea to deployment with cross-functional teams.
