Job summary

TTI Techtronic Industries is seeking an IT AI & Analytics Manager - Finance to identify and drive AI initiatives across Finance, partnering with leadership to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions. You will shape the finance AI roadmap and deliver tools such as AI agents, chatbots, automation, and predictive analytics to improve month-end close, reporting, planning, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, data analytics, business analytics, or related discipline is required.
• Experience supporting finance, accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, controllership, shared services, treasury, internal controls, or related financial functions.
• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to write, troubleshoot, or learn queries used for reporting, analytics, data validation, and data preparation.
• Familiarity with AI reports, dashboards, data models, or related business intelligence concepts.
• Willingness to learn AI tools and finance analytics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and execute AI opportunities for Finance.
• Develop, maintain, and manage an AI roadmap.
• Design, prototype, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions (agents, chatbots, reporting, automation, etc.).
• Translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Access and prepare data using SQL.
• Build AI reports, dashboards, semantic models.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, governance, and stakeholders to ensure scalability and security.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution tracking of AI opportunities.
• Communicate status, risks, and business impact to stakeholders.
• Track adoption and value realization; propose enhancements.
• Create documentation and training materials.
• Travel up to 10%.
