Job summary

You will hire, mentor, and supervise AI/ML professionals, guiding projects from concept to delivery while ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements. Collaborate with executives and product teams to translate ML concepts into actionable business strategies, manage budgets, and advocate responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics
• 2+ years of leading AI teams
• 5+ years in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering with at least 2+ years in leadership; Microsoft Open AI experience
• Coordinate risk assessments, model validation, bias testing, and data privacy compliance

• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget using Agile or traditional project management methodologies

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a AI Manager for our premier client in Phoenix, AZ.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics
• 2+ years of leading and managing AI teams
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity. Microsoft Open AI experience.
• Coordinate risk assessments, model validation, bias testing, and data privacy compliance.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Technical Literacy

• Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, machine learning lifecycles (MLOps), and modern frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or cloud AI services on AWS, GCP, or Azure).
